Mahlwerk Coffee Warnemünde in Warnemunde

Unfortunately I have to give a negative rating. It's a shame because we have been regulars to this day. It started with the fact that we were there at 10:30 am because it was actually open at 10:00. But the mulled wine booth was too we asked the "nice" man who was about to open the booth if we could order something to drink. Then we order hot sea buckthorn juice as usual, then the shock the night before we had always paid € 2.50 for this, but now the gentleman wanted € 2.90. After a short discussion we paid € 2.50. But it got worse after we got it we found out that it tasted more like orange juice than buckthorn. At the concession you could see that it was hot orange juice with a shot of sandorn. We just wanted to address that when the gentleman spoke to us briskly where we read the sea buckthorn juice costs € 2.50. We told him that we always paid for it here but he didn't believe us and asked for the 40 cents which we didn't give him. Now that the discussion was under way, we spoke to the fact that the sea buckthorn juice is mixed with orange juice. That was of course denied, but his physical reaction showed us that we thought he had lied. As a food technician, I can assess this very well, I took a sample with me and will analyze it to be sure. With all understanding for the current situation due to Corona the restaurateurs have, but I find the behavior towards customers shabby. To ask the price for hot "orange juice" with a shot of sandorn is just cheeky. Especially since we always got good sea buckthorn juice for € 2.50! Now use this trick and stretch and ask for more for it, is not possible. Hopefully there will not be cheating on other products there. Always remember the customers are not stupid if everyone soon bends back on something please don't just blame Corona (Covid 19) 😉

Very nice cafe with great staff, delicious coffee and cake. There is also lactose-free milk here.

A short break on Tuesday afternoon, fruit salad and an iced coffee. The iced coffee wasn't edible. When I told the staff this, she was irritated: she would have made the iced coffee as always, with filter coffee from the day before. I am no longer surprised at all and that for € 4.50.

Actually quite nice!

We wanted to buy a coffee to go. As I stood in line, I was told that my son (3J) would have to wait outside alone as he was eating an ice cream. After I pointed out that it wasn't a dog that could be tied up outside and that I wouldn't let him stand outside alone, the waitress just shrugged his shoulders. Absolute cheek u never experienced. Never again!

In heavy rain, stop for a coffee with cake. Afterwards I ate a sausage with toast and waited until the rain was over. Perfect stop.

Coffee is average and deserves three stars. There is one star for the location and the ambience - very cozy and stylish.

The café is not directly on the pier, which means that a pleasant break can be made on the terrace in a very nice environment. The service was very friendly and you were also warmly welcomed with a few extra requests and inquiries. The coffee is a little stronger, but for some tastes just right and of great quality! The selection is varied, from the classics to more modern offers. This is well complemented by the cuckoo counter and the range of stulls on offer. Another visit is already planned, thank you!

Yes, this café is always a tasty place to go .. when the seductive display case lures, the feet strike, the weather does not show itself from the sunny side! Here (or Frau😉) you can spend enjoyable time. Recommended for all "sweet tooth" .... 😋

Its a very nice Cafe in the center of warnemünde with very relaxing atmosphere and good service... I ordered espresso americano and brownies cake... I enjoyed both very much... I didnt noticed how the time past so fast and I had to go... 👍
